Logging a match

The partner, the opposing pair, the game

Doubles first: your partner and the opposing pair as chips, then the format and the score in games. The result follows from it, and the detail of each game, 11-9, 9-11, 12-10, can be added if you like.

2-1 (11-9, 9-11, 12-10)
  • Doubles, singles or mixed doubles, with doubles offered first.
  • A single game to 11, best of three games, games to 15, or the game to 21, side-out or rally scoring.

Events and ratings

Your matches, evening by evening

The list sorts your matches by event: the Thursday league, the tournament and its draw, with the score of each game. The rating of each player on the day of the match makes your wins over higher-rated players and your losses to lower-rated players.

  • Tournament, club tournament, club league, Americano, team championship (interclub).
  • FFT category from K25 to K500, FFT points won, rating change, final place, pairs entered.
  • Draw level from 2.0 to 5.0 and up, age group from U12 to 80+, the draw’s gender.
  • A season running from 1 September to 31 August.
Indoors, outdoors

Indoors, or on a marked tennis court

Indoors or outdoors, and the weather when you play outside: your record reads by court. An open-play match is logged with no event and no rating.

In training

Kitchen, third shot, volleys

Private or group lesson, camp, kitchen play, third shot, serve and return, volley exchanges, game situations: the focus of each session is noted, and the split of what you work on reads in the statistics.
