5 launches
Launches count as much as hours
A morning on the winch is entered in one go, with the number of launches that the licence counts apart from the hours. Your hours and your launches over the last twenty-four months add up on their own, without replacing the official logbook.

- Gold

Silver, Gold, Diamond
The logbook celebrates the height gain, the duration or the distance of a flight that passes a threshold: 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 m of gain, 5 h of flight, 50, 300 and 500 km. The badge is dated when you earn it.

From first solo to cross-country+
A personal milestone that you date as you go, never a performance ranking. The points of the IGC world ranking, of a flight platform, of the Federal Cup and of the Vuillemot ranking have their own scales.
-
- Local flight
- Slope soaring (dynamic)
- Wave flight
- Cross-country
- Aerobatics
5 flight types, which add up
Local, slope soaring, wave, cross-country or aerobatics, and several at once for the same flight. Instruction is told by the role held, not by the flight type.
-
- Pilot-in-command
- Student
- Instructor
Your role on board, chosen once
Pilot-in-command by default, student or instructor, at the top of the record: it is this that says whether the flight was instruction. Your hours and your launches read by role.
-
Outlanded at 372 km
An outlanding is logged, without judgement
The landing site, when you enter it, marks a landing in the countryside; the outcome “Landed out short of goal” says the flight came down before the goal.
-
Two gains
The height of the flight and the lift, apart
The height gain of the flight, as the ratings count it, and the greatest gain in a single lift are entered separately. The same goes for the course distance and the length of the track.

912 pts · 6th
The score of the day, copied
The 1,000-point score of the day, the place and the ranked finishers are copied from the competition’s platform, never recalculated. The overall place, the total and the class are logged on the competition.

The flight type, the role, the launch, the distance
The airfield, the flight type, the number of launches, the distance and your role are up front; the rest unfolds under “More details”, when you want it.
Cross-country · 318 km · 3,880 m- The flight type, which can be several, then the role held: pilot-in-command by default, student or instructor.
- The number of launches, one by default, and the flight’s distance.
- A badge threshold crossed is celebrated while you log: “Gold distance!”, “Gold height gain!”.
- The launch mode, the altitude, the height gain, the landing site and the incidents unfold under “More details”.
Your flights, with their airfield
Each flight gives its type, its airfield, its altitude and its duration, with its distance and average speed when they are logged, from the most recent to the oldest.
- The average speed works itself out: the distance over the duration of the flight.
- The airfield as the place of each flight.
- A badge crossed is celebrated on the flight: “Silver distance!”, “Silver height gain!”.
- “Next flight” carries on with the next one in a gesture.
From the friendly contest to the championship
A competition gathers its flights: the day’s score, the place, the ranked finishers and each one’s bib, then the overall place, the total and the class, from Club to 18 metre. The logbook copies the official ranking, it never recalculates it.
The Federal Cup, Vuillemot, the IGC
The points of each flight and the totals of the Federal Cup, of the Vuillemot ranking, of the IGC or of a flight platform are logged on their date, as the platform publishes them.
