Session, grading or bout: the screen adapts

You first choose what it was: a training session, a grading, a friendly or official bout. In a session, the themes of the day; at a grading, the belt presented; in a bout, the form, the method and the ending round.

Submission · round 2
  • The type first, then the themes of the day to tick: grabs, strikes, knife, ground, firearm, multiple attackers, stress drills.
  • The perceived effort from 1 to 10, the daily form and the heart rate are noted afterwards, if you have them.
  • In a bout: “Defence” or free fight, the themes, the method that ended it and the ending round; the weight and age categories come from the event.
  • At a grading: the belt presented, passed or not passed.
The 2026-2027 session list: a won “Defence” bout, on points with weapons, in the start-of-season league defence fight cup, round of 16, then Tuesday and Thursday sessions with their instructor, then under the header “Session · Sat 19 Sept · 1 bout · 0 W · 1 L” the lost bout of 19 September (ending round 2, round of 16 of the Grenoble free-fighting open)
Sessions and bouts

From the Tuesday session to the league cup

Each line gives the result when there is one and, in short, what counts: the themes of the session and its instructor, or for a bout the form, the method and the ending round.

  • Each bout carries its round, from qualifying to the final, and the round where it stopped.
  • The sessions of one day group under a header that counts the bouts, the wins and the losses.
  • Sessions, gradings and events filter with one tap, season by season.
  • A session without a result stays out of the bout record, even with a named partner.
Session

One date and some themes, that is all

A session counts with its date and its themes; the duration, the perceived effort, the instructor and the partner come when you feel like it.

In competition

One place, one category, set once

The weight category of the “Defence” bout, from −45 to +89 kg, and the age group are taken from the event automatically. Your final place and the number of practitioners entered are noted once for the competition, whatever the number of bouts.
