100 m · 1’05”78
A record for each event, and for each pool
The best time in each event is read separately in short course, long course and open water: a 100 m at 25 m and a 100 m at 50 m are not comparable. A personal best is flagged the moment it falls.
-
1’58”/100 m
Pace is given per 100 m
Distance and duration are enough: the pace shows per 100 m on the session’s line, breaks included. In a race, it is worked out from the time swum.
-
- Short course (25 m)
- Long course (50 m)
- Open water
Short course, long course, open water
The pool is noted for every session and separates the records. Strokes and Swolf are read pool by pool: a Swolf is only compared at the same pool length.
-
19.1 °C
Open water has its own conditions
Water temperature, wetsuit and weather are noted in training as in races: two 1.5 km swims at 16 °C and at 22 °C are not comparable.

- Paddles
- Pull buoy
- Fins
- Kickboard

6 items of equipment, and they stack
“10 × 100” is logged as one set: number of times, distance, stroke, equipment, send-off, time. Fins and paddles stack on the same set; equipment is not offered in a race.
-
Swolf 36
Strokes and Swolf, from the watch to the logbook
You copy from the watch the strokes per length and the Swolf of each set. Two analyses average them month by month, pool by pool.

- Masters C2 (30-34)
- Masters C3 (35-39)
- Masters C4 (40-44)
- Masters C5 (45-49)
- Masters C6 (50-54)
Masters, age group by age group
The five-year age group sets the ranking and the record, from C1 (25-29) to C15 (95 and over). Scoring-table points are noted with each race, and your rating with its date.

Tap a bar, a slice or a point: the sessions behind it open up. And every figure says how many sessions it is based on.
The type, the distance, the time: that is all
The session type, the distance swum and the pool are chosen with a tap; the time is enough for the pace per 100 m. A race adds the event and the time.
- Sets for those who want the detail: number of times, distance, stroke, equipment, send-off, time.
- The warm-up and the cool-down can be logged as sets too: the distance swum is worked out from them.
- Strokes per length and Swolf are copied from the watch.
- In open water, the water temperature and the wetsuit are added.
Your sessions, with their pace
Each session shows its type, distance swum, pace per 100 m, place, pool and feeling; a race adds its event and its time.
- Races have their competition type: meet, championship, interclub.
- The place among the finishers, the Masters category and the scoring-table points.
- The round: numbered heat, semifinal, final.
- The feeling, easy, normal or hard, at a glance.
A distance, a duration, and it is noted
A session counts with its date, distance and duration; the session type, pool, heart rate and feeling come when you want them. The detail of the sets stays optional.
Event, time, place, points
A race is noted with its event and its time, to the hundredth; the round, the finishers, the bib, the category and the scoring-table points come next.
