Logging an outing: classic technique, long outing as the session type, the distance of 28.7 km, and “More details” to unfold
After the outing

The technique, the session type, the distance

The technique, the session type, the distance and the nordic area are up front; for a race, the time and the place among the finishers are added.

Classic · Long outing · 28.7 km
  • “Snow” is set by default; “Rollerski” hides the trail conditions and the wax.
  • The trail conditions, the wax and the temperature in degrees are noted beside it, with the outing’s skis and its elevation gain.
  • A race: the format, from sprint to mass start, the race points, the bib and the category place.
  • An imported session takes over the distance, elevation gain and heart rate; a rollerski session comes in with its surface set.
The list of cross-country skiing outings: technique, date, distance, elevation gain, pace, area, then session type, surface and feeling, a 15 km rollerski race in 41'35" at 2'46" per kilometre
The outings

Your outings, with their pace

Each line shows the technique, the session type, the surface, the distance and the pace; a race adds its time, with a pace written to the second.

  • Races have their own record: citizen race, federation race or championship, with their rounds for a sprint.
  • The pace of a race is its time divided by the distance, to the second; without a time, the duration of the outing, breaks included.
  • The place among the finishers and the category place; a retirement and a disqualification are noted too.
  • The feeling, easy, normal or hard, at a glance.
The outing

A date, a distance, and it is noted

An outing counts with its date and distance; the technique, wax, trail conditions, temperature, heart rate and feeling come when you want them. Nothing else is compulsory.

The season

Winter on snow, summer on rollerskis

The season starts on 1 July: the winter’s snow and the summer’s rollerskiing each have their own tally, month by month, with the number of outings each total is based on.
