M · 2h28’14”
Five times, one clock
The official time, then swim, T1, bike, T2 and run, in the order of the race. The clock does not stop at the transitions: logging says when the splits do not add up to the final time.

- XXS — Discovery
- XS — Super-sprint
- S — Sprint
- M — Olympic
- L — Long distance (FFTri)
- 70.3 — Half Ironman
- XL — Extra long distance
- XXL — Ironman
8 formats, from XXS to Ironman
The official FFTri distances are set with a single tap. The 70.3 has its place beside the L format, which is not the same course; an equivalent distance is still accepted.

With or without
Two records, depending on drafting
A time with drafting allowed cannot be compared with one without: the records by format keep them apart, and keep cross triathlon apart from road triathlon.
-
1’41”/100 m
A pace for each leg, worked out
Swim per 100 m, bike in km/h, run per kilometre: the time and distance of each leg are enough. Each pace has its record too, by format.

- Road bike
- Triathlon/time-trial bike
- Mountain bike
The kilometres on each bike
Road, triathlon, mountain bike, then one name per bike you own: “By bike” reads the kilometres of each. The bike of the last race carries over from one time to the next.

IPR · 0
The IPR, with its “unranked”
The Reference Performance Index is read on the federation’s site, with its date: the logbook keeps the curve, it does not recalculate it. At zero, you are unranked: fewer than three events in twenty-four months.

Bike + run
The brick session
On Saturdays, bike then run: the session has its own words (“New brick session”), the transition included. Blue cards and the bib are only offered for a race.

Tap a bar, a slice or a point: the races behind it open up. And every figure says how many races it is based on.
The format, the time, then the five splits
The session type, the format, the time and drafting are enough; the five splits unfold in the order of the race, with the distance of each leg, and the pace of each is worked out.
- Swim, T1, bike, T2, run: each split in its place, with nothing to add up by hand.
- The swim, bike and run distances are noted beside the times; the format, from XXS to XXL including the 70.3, sets them by itself at the top of the screen.
- Further down: water temperature, wetsuit and the bike used; a cross triathlon is ticked, and its time is not mixed with that of a road triathlon.
- Further down still: bib, finishers, category place and blue cards, for a race.
Your races, and your brick sessions
Each race shows its format, its time and its place; a brick session shows its place, its duration and its feeling, in the same list.
- Competitions have their type: triathlon, cross triathlon.
- A retirement carries “Did not finish”, a disqualification its own mention.
- “New race” for a race, “New brick session” for a training session.
- The feeling, easy, normal or hard, at a glance.
A format, a time, and it is noted
A race counts with its date, format and time; the five splits, the day’s conditions and the places come when you want them.
Water, bike, drafting
Water temperature, wetsuit, bike used and drafting are noted with the race: a time is only compared with what can be compared.
