Fran · 4’58”
Your record on each WOD
Fran’s best time, Grace’s, Helen’s, the most rounds in Cindy: you compete with yourself, WOD after WOD. The logbook recalls your last time as soon as you pick the WOD, and announces “Personal best” the moment it falls.

- For Time
- AMRAP
- EMOM
- Max Load
- Tabata
5 formats, a score for each
A time for a For Time, rounds and extra reps for an AMRAP, “Completed” for an EMOM, the load for a max load. A Tabata is scored slice by slice: the score comes from them, the lowest of each movement.

- Rx+
- Rx
- Scaled
- Foundations
4 levels, declared in advance
Rx+, Rx, Scaled or Foundations are chosen before the WOD; the logbook notes what you declare, without checking it. A Scaled has its own records: it is never mixed up with an Rx.

18 benchmarks, from the Girls to the Heroes
Fran, Grace, Helen, Murph… each with its description; your own WODs join the list. The format you pick sorts the list to the WODs of that format.

14 + 7
Rounds, then extra reps
An AMRAP is written as two whole numbers, never as a decimal: 14 complete rounds and 7 reps. A record is judged on the rounds, then on the extra reps.
-
- Weightlifting · 14
- Gymnastics · 13
- Cardio · 6
33 movements, from weightlifting to cardio
The movements of a WOD can be logged whenever you like, with the load, the reps and, for a rower or a bike, the distance and the calories. A missing movement is added.
-
1RM · Epley
The estimated 1RM, movement by movement
Each set of a max load says what you would lift once, by the Epley formula. It is an estimate, not a measure: beyond twelve reps, nothing is estimated.

The Open, with its age division
A WOD from the Open or a competition goes in its division, from 14-15 to Masters 60 and over, with its tie-break time. The level, Rx or Scaled, is chosen WOD by WOD.

Tap a bar, a slice or a point: the wods behind it open up. And every figure says how many wods it is based on.
The format, the name, the level, then the score
The format, the WOD’s name and the level come first, then the score the format asks for: a time, rounds and extra reps, or “Completed” for an EMOM. The duration of the AMRAP or the cap of the For Time is added to it.
- The last time on this WOD, the second you pick it.
- “Personal best” on the time or the rounds, WOD by WOD and level by level.
- The WOD’s duration or cap, then the time or the rounds: a 10’00” cap, a 4’58” time.
- The movements straight after, set by set, with the load and reps of the last time.
Your WODs, with their score and level
Each line gives the format, the WOD’s name, the level and the score: a time, complete rounds, a load.
- A Scaled stands out from an Rx at a glance.
- Competitions kept apart: “By competition”, Training and Competition as filters.
- The load used and the partner show on the line: 43 kg, “with Manon”.
- The daily form as a badge: Good, Normal, Tired.
One format, one score, and it is noted
A WOD counts with its date, its format and its score; the name, the level, the movements, the pulse and the calories come when you feel like it. A box session with no other detail is logged too.
The Open, year after year
Each edition of the Open is a competition, with its age division and its tie-break time. The same WOD from one year to the next is compared with itself, Scaled first, then Rx.
