The total time, the sum of its parts
Eight 1 km runs, eight stations, the Roxzone: the cumulated running time is worked out once the eight kilometres are logged, and the logbook flags a total that does not equal the sum of its parts.

6 session types, from running to strength work
Official race, full or partial simulation, work on one station, run only, strength work. A total time is compared only with its like: the records keep them apart.

The 8 stations, in the order of the rules
Each station has its time and its record, in your division. A station worked on its own is logged with its load, without ever spoiling your best total time.

- Open
- Pro
- Mixed
3 divisions, and their loads
Open, Pro or Mixed: the five loads depend on the division and the sex, and are never entered again. The division guide gives them for the 2026-2027 season, sled included.

Doubles, one time per station
Doubles is a format: two people on the same team, one time per station for the pair, and its own records. The four-person relay is logged too.

The drift over your eight kilometres
The average time of each kilometre, from the first to the eighth, across your races and your full simulations: how much slower the last one is than the first.

Your age group, your place
In five-year bands from 16 years old: your place among the ranked finishers of the division, your age-group place and your bib, for an official race.

Running alone has its pace
Eight kilometres or more, without the stations: the distance and the total time are enough, and the pace is worked out to the second.

Tap a bar, a slice or a point: the sessions behind it open up. And every figure says how many sessions it is based on.
The session type, the division, the total time
Three taps are enough for a race: the session type, the division, Open by default, and the total time. The eight kilometres, the eight stations and the Roxzone are logged next, in the order of the rules, under two headings: Runs and Stations.
- The cumulated running time is worked out once the eight kilometres are logged.
- A total that does not equal the sum of its parts is flagged.
- Records beaten are announced under the total time, kept apart by session type and by division.
- For an official race: the bib, the age group, the place and the number of ranked finishers; a retirement, a non-start or a disqualification is logged as the outcome.
Races, simulations and stations, one after another
Each session shows its type, its total time, its place and how it felt; for a race, its place among the ranked finishers; for a run only, its pace.
- The pace of a run only shows on the line.
- The “By race” filter groups sessions by race, with its place and date.
- Individual, double or relay filter with a single tap.
One type, one time, and it is noted
The session type and the total time are enough; the stations, the Roxzone, the pulse and how it felt come when you feel like it. A strength session needs no total time.
A race is not compared with a simulation
The official race records, those of full simulations, those of doubles and those of the stations are kept apart, by division: an 8 km run on its own, or a station worked alone, never becomes your best total time.
