Tap a bar, a slice or a point: the sessions behind it open up. And every figure says how many sessions it is based on.

Logging a session: Wednesday 23 September at 6 pm, one hour, done, with Camille, and three apparatus ticked, reformer, Cadillac and chair, before “More details”
After the class

The apparatus first, the exercises if you want

The date, the duration and the apparatus: that is logged. The exercises come next, under “More details”: the list narrows to the chosen apparatus, and each one recalls what you did last time.

  • One or several apparatus: mat, reformer, Cadillac, chair…
  • Done or planned, with the people who were there, in one tap.
  • Under “More details”: the exercises, with their spring counts, reps, time held and side: right, left or both.
  • Also under “More details”: the class format, the level, the props and the teacher, picked from your people.
The list of 2026 sessions: a 35 min mat session with an app or on video, then reformer sessions of 50 and 55 min with Mathilde or Camille, and a one-hour reformer, Cadillac and chair session
Sessions

Each session on its line

The apparatus, the guidance, the teacher and the daily form: your sessions, from the most recent to the oldest.

  • The sessions of a year, or the full history.
  • The teacher shows on the line: “Teacher: Mathilde” or “Teacher: Camille”.
  • The guidance, the daily form and the character of the session as labels: studio teacher, good, class.
  • A filter by programme, by personal practice or by class.
The session

One apparatus, and it is noted

A session counts with its date, the apparatus and the duration; the teacher, the level, the pulse and the exercises come when you feel like it.

What it does not do

It notes, it does not guide

No video to watch, no generated session, no studio booking: the logbook keeps what you did. Orma Logbook is not a medical device and makes no diagnosis.
