Tap a bar, a slice or a point: the sessions behind it open up. And every figure says how many sessions it is based on.

Logging a fit test: the Insanity programme, the Fit Test session, then each movement with its score of the day (68 reps for switch kicks, 49 for power jacks) under the reminder of the last time (65 and 47 reps, then 80 for power knees)
During the session

Guidance, programme, the session of the day

Home video or gym class, then the programme and the session of the day. For a fit test, the movements are in front of you, with the last score under each one.

  • Guidance comes first: video at home, class at the gym, live online class, or on my own.
  • The reps or the time held, movement by movement, and the load if you note it.
  • The last time under each movement, in the same programme session.
  • The average and maximum pulse and the calories from your watch, under “More details”, when you want them.
The list of fitness sessions: Body Pump on 29 September with Kévin (1 h 00), Zumba (55 min), Body Combat (1 h 00), Insanity at home on video with its Fit Test (35 min), and an On my own session (27 min)
Sessions

Each session on its line

The programme or class, the date, the instructor and the place, then the guidance, the daily form, how it felt and the duration: your sessions, from the most recent to the oldest.

  • The guidance shows on the line: class at the gym, video at home, or on my own.
  • The instructor and the place show on the line, as with Kévin at the fitness centre in Valence.
  • The filters at the top: by year, By program, Training and Challenge.
  • How it felt shows as a badge on the line, such as Normal.
The session

A date, and it is noted

A session counts with its date; the programme, the daily form, the duration, the pulse and the calories come when you feel like it. Repetitions are only noted for a fit test or a load sheet.

What it does not do

It notes, it does not prescribe

No video to watch, no imposed calendar, no calories counted in place of your watch: the logbook keeps what you did.
