After the session

The style first, the rest if you want

The style and the duration are enough to log a session. The level, the ashtanga series, the guidance and the teacher are chosen with a tap, further down, when you want to follow them.

  • The ashtanga series or the breathing technique appears according to the style chosen.
  • The level followed, from beginner to advanced.
  • The class with a teacher, online, on video or on your own, and its format: private, group or workshop.
  • The props, the daily form, the intention of the session and the pulse from your watch.
The list of yoga sessions, from the most recent to the oldest: a 20 min pranayama, a 1 h 40 Mysore with Élise and Clara, a 1 h 42 Mysore, a 1 h 15 yin, with the style, the teacher and the daily form
Sessions

Each session, with its style and its teacher

The style, the teacher, the people with you, the guidance and the daily form are read on the line, from the most recent session to the oldest.

  • Classes are told apart from personal practice and from competition, with a filter.
  • The year, the previous season or the full history, with a tap.
  • “Print the logbook”: the list of your sessions as a PDF.
What it does not do

No calories, no streak to keep

The logbook shows no calories, whose estimates vary up to fivefold from one style to another, and does not count streaks of consecutive days: it keeps what you have practised.

Competition

A competition, if you go

A yoga competition is logged like the others: its place, its category, the number of ranked finishers. It stays apart from your practice.
